Case Study

One patient’s documented journey through invasive mold illness and recovery.
In development

This one is personal.

The SirenMold case study is a detailed, documented account of one patient’s experience with invasive Aspergillus ochraceus infection, from initial exposure and misdiagnosis through treatment, recovery protocols, and ongoing management. Every lab result, every treatment decision, every setback and breakthrough, written up with the same citation standards as the rest of the site.

This is currently undergoing thorough medical review and fact-checking before publication. A case study involving real diagnostics, real medications, and real clinical decisions has to be accurate down to the last detail. We’re making sure it is.

When it’s ready, this will be one of the most detailed patient-documented mold illness case studies available anywhere. We want it to be useful to patients looking for answers and practitioners looking for clinical insight they won’t find in a textbook.

What to expect

Full timeline from exposure through diagnosis. Detailed lab work with interpretation. Treatment protocols including antifungals, binders, and supportive interventions. The mistakes that were made and what we learned from them. Mycotoxin clearance strategy and monitoring. Immune recovery documentation. All of it with citations to the research that informed each decision.

This isn’t a testimonial. It’s a clinical narrative with receipts.
